Lowriders Commemorative Forever® Stamps First-Day-of-Issue Ceremony

The San Diego & Inland Empire PCCs are excited to support the upcoming First‑Day‑of‑Issue Ceremony for the new Lowriders Commemorative Forever® Stamps, taking place Friday, March 13, 2026, at 11 a.m. PDT at the Logan Heights Library in San Diego. This outdoor event is free and open to the public, celebrating the vibrant lowrider culture rooted in 1940s Mexican American and Chicano communities throughout the Southwest. The ceremony will feature Gary Barksdale, Chief Postal Inspector, as the dedicating official. As always, the PCC is proud to help connect our mailing community with meaningful USPS events that honor culture, history, and the diverse communities we serve.
