    Brenda Manos

    Brenda Manos’s career began at Harte Hanks Shoppers. (The largest shared mail publication in the U.S.) She was there for 29 years and the last 16 years, she worked in National Accounts where she sold and managed national brands. Brenda’s career at Harte Hanks, abruptly ended in May of 2015, when the shopper division went out of business. Three months later she joined a Mail Service Provider (Synergy), where she leveraged her prior connections to secure accounts and sell marketing mail. It was during her time at Synergy that Brenda became acquainted with USPS, who was seeking a Senior Executive Mail Specialist in Santa Ana CA. In May of 2018, Brenda joined USPS and became a government employee, something she would have never imagined. In early 2020, Brenda was selected to join the USPS National Political Strike Team. She worked with the largest Political Consultants around the country and learned a great deal about the political marketing landscape.  After a USPS sales reorganization in 2022, she assumed the role of Senior Territory Representative, where she became educated about the e-commerce shipping industry and now has shipping and logistics added to her resume.   In May of 2023, she was promoted to Business Alliance Manager. She currently manages USPS’s largest Mail Service Providers throughout the Western States.

    Chris Lien

    Chris Lien is Executive Vice President of Postal Affairs for BCC Software, a BlueCrest company. Chris has been active in the mailing industry for over 30 years and participates in numerous industry associations including the Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee as a former industry chair. As EVP of Postal Affairs, he is focused on all aspects of the mail supply chain and provides a voice of advocacy on behalf of the thousands of BCC Software and BlueCrest customers. Chris also chairs the Board of Directors of the National Postal Forum.

    Gerry Klug

    Gerry Klug’s career began on the distribution side of the business before moving to Union Camp, International Paper, and now Sylvamo. Gerry has 37+ years of industry experience and has held a variety of sales, marketing, and product development roles in both the distribution and manufacturing sectors.  Gerry has led sales teams across the business segments of Commercial Printing, Envelope, Forms, Bristols, Specialty and Imaging Papers and is currently the Sales Director for the Converting and Printing Papers business. Gerry graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Exercise Physiology. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of NPTA and has held a variety of leadership roles in local non-profit boards in the Germantown, TN area. Gerry and his wife Debbie have been married for 34 years and have two adult children.
