About the Speakers:
Jenny Dinnen is a transformational business leader, seasoned speaker, and certified futurist passionate about empowering and championing next-gen leaders to reach their highest potential. As co-owner and president of MacKenzie, a second-generation family business specializing in customer insights, she brings more than two decades of expertise in helping brands connect meaningfully with their customers. With her unique ability to bridge the gap between tradition and innovation, Jenny guides her clients through the complexities of development customer insights initiatives and future planning strategies.
In addition to her leadership at MacKenzie, Jenny co-founded Next Gen Collaborative, a personal growth consulting firm dedicated to helping next-gen family business leaders find their voice, embrace their futures, and create meaningful personal legacies. Founded in collaboration with her twin-sister Katie Rucker, the team co-leads Next Gen Collaborative in offering personal growth coaching focused on empowering next-gen leaders to find their unique voices, navigate family dynamics, foster personal growth, and maximize their impact within their family businesses.
Wing Lam – Restauranteur, speaker, philanthropist and surfer, Wing Lam, serves as CEO of Wahoo’s Fish Taco and co-founded the global franchise brand in 1988 with his brothers.
Wing Lam is the eldest of the three founding brothers and the enigmatic character widely recognized as the face of the iconic Wahoo’s Fish Taco brand. A 30-plus-year restaurant industry veteran,
Wing is the founder of the California Love Drop in association with KLOS radio morning team. Wing serves on the board of various non-profit organizations such as Share Our Strength, Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation and Surfrider Foundation and is an active member of the Asian American Journalists Association.
The Postal Customer Council (PCC) is a network of local organizations that help the United States Postal Service (USPS) communicate with business mailers. The PCC’s goals include:

- Improving processing and delivery
- Making mail services more efficient

Established in the early 1970s, the Santa Ana Postal Customer Council (PCC) embodies the spirit of collaboration and partnership between the United States Postal Service and businesses of all sizes across the California 4 District. Representing a diverse 1260 square mile area in Southern California, the Santa Ana District PCC covers the Pasadena Area, the Inland Empire, and Orange County, stretching from the mountains to the sea.
Throughout the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Santa Ana District PCC has remained steadfast in its commitment to connecting and supporting its members, adapting to virtual communications via emails, postcards, and Zoom.
The Santa Ana District PCC prides itself on creating personal connections that bring people together, fostering a sense of community and engagement. Our annual events, such as the July BBQ & Tour and September PCC Day, attract significant attendance and enthusiasm from our members.
With a mailing list of over 2200 and an email distribution list of more than 120, the Santa Ana District PCC boasts an impressive track record of achievements, including numerous awards for communication, membership, and program excellence.
