DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n\n\n\nThe Postal Customer Council (PCC) is a network of local organizations that help the United States Postal Service (USPS) communicate with business mailers. The PCC’s goals include:  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nImproving communication between the USPS and business mailers \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSharing information about USPS products\, services\, and programs \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHelping business mailers grow and develop professionally \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nImproving processing and delivery \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMaking mail services more efficient \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe PCC offers a variety of benefits to its members\, including:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEducation and training\nMembers can learn about the latest USPS products and services\, and earn a professional certificate\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNetworking\nMembers can network with other mailers\, USPS executives\, and business service providers\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBest practices\nMembers can learn best practices to improve the effectiveness\, efficiency\, and profitability of their mailings\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nExpert advice\nMembers can learn how to expand and integrate their marketing through the mail\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNew sources\n\nMembers can find new sources for acquiring mailing lists \n\n\nThe PCC was originally called the Mail Users Council\, but the name was changed in 1971. There are currently more than 300 PCCs with about 300\,000 members across the country.\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Santa Ana PCC\n\n\nEstablished in the early 1970s\, the Santa Ana Postal Customer Council (PCC) embodies the spirit of collaboration and partnership between the United States Postal Service and businesses of all sizes across the California 4 District. Representing a diverse 1260 square mile area in Southern California\, the Santa Ana District PCC covers the Pasadena Area\, the Inland Empire\, and Orange County\, stretching from the mountains to the sea. \nThroughout the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic\, the Santa Ana District PCC has remained steadfast in its commitment to connecting and supporting its members\, adapting to virtual communications via emails\, postcards\, and Zoom. \nThe Santa Ana District PCC prides itself on creating personal connections that bring people together\, fostering a sense of community and engagement.
