DESCRIPTION:Join us for our annual National PCC Day Event. You will first be enlightened by the Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s keynote address (video) on the “Delivering for America Plan”. Our guest speaker will be Robert Dixon Jr.\, Director of Product Technology Innovation who will share his expertise on Rates and Classification changes. Robert is the leader of the Innovation Team that designs technical and business solutions to address unanswered challenges facing Postal Service business and consumer customers. Part of his daily duties are to set the direction for the overall strategy of the solutions to be developed and guide staff in exploring technologies for use in the development of new technology-based product innovations. In addition to guiding the internal team\, he is key in providing several of the Postal Service’s business solutions to the public. He is also responsible for the oversight of a combination of Postal and contract resources supporting more than a dozen programs such as Informed Delivery and AIVA (Artificial Intelligence). \nWe are also offering a workshop on Ground Advantage. It will be a fun and interactive way to increase your knowledge and understanding of our newest product. \nDon’t’ miss the opportunity to win some door prizes and enjoy a lunch with your peers and Postal leaders while sharing your success stories and finding solutions to your shipping needs.
